Applicability
This privacy statement applies to any privacy-sensitive information or personal data that you provide to us, for example through a collaboration form or contact form. We attach great importance to the privacy of our customers and therefore take the utmost care in handling and protecting personal data. We process data in accordance with the conditions imposed on it in the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). Naomi van Dorst, owner Deliciae Design, is the controller within the meaning of the AVG with respect to the processing of your personal data. This means that only we determine which personal data are processed, for what purpose and in what manner. We are responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed properly and carefully in accordance with the AVG. In this privacy statement, we explain what data we process and for what purposes it is used.

Purpose and bases of processing personal data
By agreeing to this privacy statement, you expressly consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of the AVG to the processing of your personal data for the purposes listed below. You may withdraw this consent at any time. However, if you do not provide certain information to us or have it processed by us, we may not be able to serve you properly.
If you have not given us explicit consent to process your personal data or if you have withdrawn such consent, the processing of your personal data may be subject to the bases of Articles 6 (1) (b), (c) and/or (f) of the AVG. Processing of your personal data may in that case take place without your consent, provided that it is necessary for the performance of an agreement to which you are or become a party, or necessary for the protection of the legitimate interests of Deliciae Design. In addition, we may be under a legal obligation to process your personal data.
We process your personal data for the following purposes
- To enter into a partnership for a new website or corporate identity
- Handling your payment
- To be able to call or email you as necessary to perform our services
- Informing you of changes to our services and products
We do not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected.
Provision to third parties
We may share your personal data with third parties if it is compatible with the purposes listed above. Disclosure to third parties may be necessary for the performance of the agreement we enter into with you, necessary to pursue a legitimate interest of ours, or necessary to comply with any legal obligation incumbent upon us. Social media cookies: on this website, it is possible to share the blog articles on various social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest. Cross-site cookies are used for the functioning of these buttons – so that the social media party recognizes you the moment you want to share an article and/or video via social media.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on Deliciae Design, we collect the data shown in the comment form as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to aid spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your e-mail address (this is also called a hash) can be sent to the Gravatar service if you use it. The privacy policy page can be found here. After the comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly visible in the context of your comment.
When you leave a comment, that comment and the metadata of that comment is stored forever. This way we can automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments instead of having to moderate them.
If you have previously left a comment on Deliciae Design, you may request an export file of all personal data we have available to us. You can also request that this personal data be deleted. Incidentally, this personal data does not include any data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
View, correct or delete
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the digital personal data we hold about you in a readable computer file to you or another organization named by you.
You may send a request to view, correct, delete, data transfer of your personal data or request the revocation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@deliciae.org.
To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask that you send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within 1 week.
We would also like to remind you that you have the option of filing a complaint with the national regulator, the Personal Data Authority.
